Sales Executive Job Description - Sales Executive - Roles and Responsiblity 1 To sell Okaya Vehicles as well as opetational accessories, Finacial Services, Insurance. He represents the Brand, provide Excelent Customer services adn is the key contact between the customer and the Company 2 Offer the guidence to oher products and services when requested 3 Ask the correct questions and observe customer to understand the Customer needs 4 Based on Demand/needs analysis, recomned suitable products 5 Presentation of Offers & Schemes 6 If the Sales Person has no solution, Communicate with Immediate Manager(Team Leader/ Sales Manager) Closuer of Sales 1 Prepare all necessary documents related to sale of vehicles 2 Explain sales tearms & Condition record Details propely and review with Customer. Delivery of New Vehicles 1 Preperation of vehicle Delivery Documentation 2 Inspect vehicle and confirm Delivey time with Customer 3 Inform about our Workshop for the Service 4 Follow-up after Sales build Customer Relationship - Exploreferral Sales 5 Collect customer feedback on the overall sales Experience and record it Build and Expand Customer Database 1 Actively participate in Sales and marketing Activities 2 Active Prospecting of new Customers thorugh Cold calls and Referrals 3 Use DMS to keep track of Praspects. 4 Keep Track record of Walkin, telephone Enquiry of Customers and Prospect
